| A limited block
of rooms has been reserved at convention rates ($139.00) at the site
hotel. These rooms will be assigned on a first request basis. Due to the
large influx of people to Cape Cod in June, hotel space will be at a

SEAK Expert Group. Note: We anticipate that this conference will be sold

| The
registration fee includes handout materials to be distributed at the door.
Continuing education credit for attorneys will only be applied for if
requested in writing when sending in the registration form for the
conference. |

| Tuition |

Tuition for the Thirteenth Annual National Expert Witness Conference is $595.
This tuition includes a detailed course book, coffee breaks, an hors d'oeuvre
reception with complimentary drink, two continental breakfasts and a
conference luncheon. Tuition for the Testifying Skills Workshop, Expert Report
Writing Workshop, Advanced Trick and Difficult Questions Workshop and Expert
Witness Practice Management Workshop is $295 for each and includes all handout
materials, continental breakfast, lunch with faculty, and coffee breaks.

| Cancellations |
| Cancellations
received in writing before June 9, 2004 will receive a full refund.
Persons canceling after June 9, 2004 will not receive a refund, but will
be provided with the handout materials.
