Location
The seminar will be held in beautiful Cape Cod, at the Sheraton Hyannis Resort, (508) 775-7775, in Hyannis Massachusetts.

Hotel Accommodations:
A limited block of rooms has been reserved at convention rates at the site hotel. These rooms will be assigned on a first request basis. Due to the large influx of people to Cape Cod in July, hotel space will be at a premium. Each registrant must first register for the seminar. You will then be sent information so you can make your own reservations at the special seminar rate. NOTE: The seminar was sold out the last several years. Last year we overflowed into two additional hotels. Early registration is highly recommended.

Registration Information & Discounts:
Tuition for the Twenty-second Annual Workers' Compensation and Occupational Medicine Seminar is $595.00. This includes handout materials to be distributed at the door, coffee breaks, reception, continental breakfast, and one seminar luncheon. A 20% discount is available for 2 or more individuals registering together prior to May 15, 2002. Cancellations:
Cancellations received in writing before July 1, 2002 will receive a full refund. Persons canceling after July 1, 2002, will not receive a refund, but will be provided with the course materials.
