William S. Frank, M.A., is the country’s leading authority on non-clinical careers for physicians. In 1978 he founded CareerLab®, a human resources consulting firm specializing in career management, executive coaching, leadership development, and outplacement. CareerLab® has consulted to more than 300 corporations, including American Cancer Society, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, CIBA Vision, Columbia/HCA, GAMBRO Healthcare, Kaiser Permanente, LifeCare, Medtronic HemoTec, Penn State College of Medicine, and Sunrise Healthcare. In 1998 he met Dr. Lorne Weeks, and founded a subspecialty practice called "The Physician Career Network,"™ which became the authority for MDs wanting to improve their careers. PCN has had physician clients in all practice specialties, from anesthesiology to urology. Bill has been featured in "The Physician Executive," "Physician Practice Options," "Physician Financial News," and "Unique Opportunities: ®The Physicians’s Resource." He authored three best-selling career books and has written for business publications and newspapers, from The WSJ’s "National Business Employment Weekly," and Forbes.com to The Denver Post and Rocky Mountain News, Milwaukee Journal Sentinel and Atlanta Journal-Constitution. Bill earned a B.A. in Liberal Arts (1968) and an M.A. in Philosophy (1969) from Colorado State University.

T. Robert Mestas, MD, Once unofficially known as "the OB/GYN to the Denver Broncos" and other high profile patients, Bob is one of Colorado’s most prominent physicians. In May, 2000, he retired from a booming practice when spinal stenosis impaired his ability to perform surgery. As a Consultant at The Physician Career Network,™, Bob’s role is to serve as a confidential mentor and coach. He helps physicians tune up their practices in at least five areas: 1) People Skills, 2) Technical Skills, 3) Operational Performance, 4) Impairments, and 5) Career Direction and Life Balance. Dr. Mestas completed medical school, internship, and OB/GYN residency at the University of Colorado, and he is certified in the use of The Birkman Method,® a career diagnostic tool.

Andy Dombro, MD, A practicing physician for nearly twenty years, Andy is a board-certified Internist with extensive experience in both Emergency and Occupational Medicine. He left clinical medicine in 2003 to pursue his passion for writing, speaking, and consulting. The poster child for a successful physician career transition, Andy has been published in regional and national publications, and his tips appear on PGAtour.com. He has been under contract for the past year with Eli Lilly, and he has made paid personal appearances at national and international sporting events on their behalf. As Founder and President of The Institute for Medicine & Golf,™ Dr. Dombro has developed a benchmark survey designed to measure the "state of the health" of PGA Champions and LPGA Tour players.

Locations:
Dallas - The Dallas course will take place on Saturday and Sunday, May 21-22, 2005 at the Haggar Café in the Haggar University Center at the University of Dallas, 1845 Northgate Drive, Irving, TX, 75062. The University of Dallas (www.udallas.edu) is conveniently located near downtown Dallas between Dallas/Fort Worth Airport and Love Field. Upon registration, all attendees will be provided with driving/parking directions along with a list of numerous nearby hotels. Dallas is known as "The Big D" and has over 100 golf courses, 6,500 restaurants, seven professional sports teams and the largest urban arts district in the country. Dallas is centrally located. Flights to Dallas are no more than four hours from most major North American cities.

Cape Cod - The Cape Cod course will take place on Saturday and Sunday, August 20-21, 2005 at the Sea Crest Oceanfront Resort in Falmouth, Massachusetts. Falmouth is one of the Cape’s best playgrounds for vacationers of all ages. The Sea Crest (www.seacrest-resort.com) is a full service resort with its own private 700 foot long white sandy beach. A limited block of rooms have been reserved at special rates ($195/single/double) at the site hotel. To make your reservations, please call 1-800-225-3110 and say that you are with the SEAK group. The two major airports closest to Falmouth are Logan (Boston-70 Miles) and T.F. Green (Providence-65 Miles). Car rentals, taxis and car service is available at both airports. Registration Information:
Tuition for each Non-Clinical Careers for Physicians workshop is $1,195. This includes two-days of interactive training, two continental breakfasts, two lunches with faculty, a 43 page Birkman Preview® diagnostic assessment, a copy of the text "200 Letters for Job Hunters" and detailed handout materials.

Cancellations:
