associations, and governmental agencies. He also serves as a

Alex Babitsky, MBA is the Directory Manager of SEAK, Inc. Mr. Babitsky received his BS degree from the University of
Massachusetts and his MBA from Northeastern University. Mr. Babitsky deals with expert witnesses and the attorneys who retain
them on a daily basis as the Product Manager of
SEAK’s National Directory of Expert Witnesses and SEAK’s National Directory of
Independent Medical Examiners (www.seakexperts.com). Mr. Babitsky
consults regularly with

Stephen F. Freifeld, MD, is a practicing otolaryngologist in Springfield, New Jersey. In addition to performing surgery and
treating patients within that specialty, he performs a variety of third party examinations. His clients include insurance
companies, managed care organizations, state and local governments, corporations and attorneys. He has been active in the
medical malpractice field as examiner, expert witness, and peer reviewer. Over 40,000 examinations for various clients have
been performed since 1975. He has appeared in court as an expert in New Jersey, New York, Massachusetts and Iowa and performed
examinations for clients in these states plus Arkansas, Maryland, Virginia, Florida, Tennessee and Arizona. He is Board
Certified in Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery, Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, a Fellow of the American
Academy of Disability Evaluating Physicians, and certified by the American Board of Independent Medical Examiners. He has
several publications in his field.
